There is a popular duty-free outlet at CVG Airport, selling a wide range of tax-free goods. The terminal buildings serve many different airlines, traveling from Cincinnati to a large number of different destinations. A convenient underground transportation hall connects the Terminal 3 entrance, Concourse A and Concourse B, with a number of moving walkways and courtesy airport shuttle buses.
There are also a wide range of airport services and amenities at Northern Kentucky Airport, including business services, currency exchange, comprehensive international banking facilities, meeting rooms and conference facilities for up to 400 people, airport information desks and ATM cash points, which are readily available in the terminal buildings.
Airport Information Desks
Cincinnati Airport information desks are situated close to the entrance of the Terminal 3 building, in Concourse B and Concourse C areas. These information desks offer a wide range of useful advice about the airport, directions, travel to and from CVG and general tourist information about the city, Ohio and the Northern Kentucky area.
Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets
Cincinnati Airport has good shopping facilities located throughout the terminal buildings, includes newsagents, gift shops and a popular duty-free shop, with a wide range of goods available.
Bars, Cafés and Restaurants
There are numerous places to eat at Cincinnati's airport. These include a good selection of bars, cafés, restaurants and fast-food outlets, located throughout the terminal buildings. There are also a number of vending machines situated throughout the site, being easy to come by.
Currency Exchange, Communications and Banking Facilities
Many airport currency exchange and banking facilities are available onsite. These include ATM cash points located in all of the terminal buildings, a bureau de change machine in Terminal 3, a full service bank situated in Terminal 2, open Monday to Friday between 10:00 to 16:00, a postal services fax machines and there is also a telephone banking service.
Business and Conference Facilities
Business and conference facilities are available at Northern Kentucky Airport and there are a wide range of services provided by Cincinnati Airport. These business facilities include small business centers, private work areas, meeting rooms, computer workstations with fast Internet access, telephones, fax machines and photocopiers. Worth noting, the Radisson Hotel is located onsite and provides a range of conference and business facilities. Services for hire include computer, Internet and e-mail access, photocopying, facsimile, shipping and there is a grand ballroom (or six smaller meeting rooms) which can cater for up to 400 guests. Also, located at each terminal, the airport has telephone banks equipped with fax and data ports, and business centers with private workspaces.
Disabled Facilities
Northern Kentucky has numerous facilities to assist disabled passengers visiting the airport. These include telephones for people with hearing difficulties, lifts / elevators and good access for wheelchair users. It is advisable for disabled travelers to inform the airport of any special requirements prior to your arrival. There is a helpful information desk to hand should you require any specific advice.
Other Facilities
Other facilities include an emergency paramedic service located within the main terminal building.
